Early Departure Fee
There is a $50 CAD fee for guests who check out prior to their scheduled departure date.
Upon check-in the departure date will be reconfirmed and, if necessary, can be altered at
this time without financial penalty being incurred.

Conference Rates
Rooms are available at the conference rate of $239 CAD (approximately $195 USD) single/
double occupancy until April 25, 2006 OR until the guestroom block fills - whichever occurs
first. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available
basis at the hotel's published rate.

Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. The following credit cards are
acceptable: American Express, Diners Club/enRoute, MasterCard, VISA, JCB and Discover.
The Hotel will not process the credit card without proper authorization in the form of a signature
from the card holder. Upon arrival the guest is required to present his/her credit card or
provide a cash deposit. To cancel your room you must contact the hotel prior to 4:00 pm on
your date of arrival.

Payment
Reservation rates are stated in Canadian funds. Cheques and bank drafts should be drawn
on a Canadian bank and made payable to The Westin Harbour Castle Hotel. Payments in
person may be made in US funds. Acceptable methods of payment are: Bank draft
(Canadian dollars), Credit Card (American Express, Diners Club/enRoute, MasterCard, VISA,
JCB, Discover), Personal or company cheque (Canadian dollars) and Cash

The Airport Express operates between the Airport and Downtown hotels on an almost 24-hour basis, seven days a week, and departs every 30 minutes. Reservations are not required.
